Addy stood up for the very first time by herself! Or so I think... Ryan and I walked into our bedroom and there she was mid-fall from standing by herself. I had suspected that she was already standing but wouldn't do it when any of us were around which makes complete sense now but sounded pretty crazy after I finished my thought. I decided to put her in the middle of the room and there she went, stood up just happy as a little clam :) I just love her to death she's like a little star, bright and shiny and you just can't help smiling at it!
Addy is now 14 months today actually, and behind Maliah in the walking department by about two months but I am thoroughly enjoying her baby days as I know they are limited! Not to mention, once she starts walking there begins baby proofing on higher levels, making sure doors are always locked and closed and things like that. One very odd thing I have noticed about her is that she climbs! She won't walk but can get up onto my king size bed without issues, she can also get down and get up into Maliah's papazon chair. She looks too little to be able to do all of that crazy stuff but it's truly amazing to see her little face after she's accomplished it!
Maliah is doing great just growing like crazy. Her whole life revolves around making friends and having fun. She stalks little people at the grocery store it's pretty funny. She's also become very demanding in most situations.. I guess that is my own fault though lol. Maliah's vocabulary catches me off guard sometimes, the words she is able to comprehend just really freak me out. She's so understanding of things well beyond her years and I just love that about her.
Weighing heavily on my mind- Our house. I feel like it's too small already it's three bedrooms but we have an office for tax purposes since we're both self-employed so that leaves Maliah with her bedroom and Addison in ours because Maliah will bother her. I'm really hoping the market picks up here like it's projected to so we can either sell and move back to the city or rent this one out and move back to the city. Either way a bigger house is definitely on the agenda. I also miss living in the PMA, some days I enjoy the open spaces of this beautiful desert but I realize how much time I spend in the car and how much time I'm actually out in the city. I've been out to Chandler about 4 times just this week because the things I need just are not here in Casa Grande.
